精神专科医院新护士院内轮转培训的效果评价

摘要 目的:评价精神专科医院实施新护士院内轮转培训的效果。方法:选择新上岗护士68人作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各34人。对照组护士为非轮转组,观察组护士为轮转组。比较两组护士入科前后自评及他评结果及两组护士对培训的满意度。结果:两组护士在入科1年后除自我评价比较无差异(P>0.05)外,理论和临床实践能力考核成绩有显著差异(t值分别为3.667、8.964;P值均小于0.01),两组护士对培训满意度有显著差异(x2=10.350;P<0.01)。结论:精神专科医院新护士院内轮转培训后的专业理论和临床实践能力均优于未轮转培训的新护士。 Objective:To evaluate effects of hospital rotary training of new nurses in department of psychiatry. Methods:68 newly employed nurses were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 34 cases in each group. The control group was used as non-rotary group, and the experimental group was used as rotary group. The self-evaluation and other evalu-ation results as well as their satisfaction on the training of the two groups before and after entering the department were compared. Re-sults:1 year after entering the department, there was no difference in the self-evaluation between the two groups (P>0. 05);howev-er, there were significant differences in the scores of theory and clinical practice ability assessments (t=3. 667 and 8. 964, respective-ly;both P<0. 01) and the satisfaction on the training (x2=10. 350; P<0. 01). Conclusions: The professional theory and clinical practice abilities of the new nurses in the department of psychiatry with the rotary training are both superior to those without it.
