新疆阿魏菇的干燥工艺优化及活性成分初步鉴定 被引量:3

摘要 以新疆阿魏菇子实体为试材,采用热风干燥、真空冷冻干燥及自然干燥3种不同的干燥方式,研究不同干燥方式对阿魏菇子实体切片性状的影响;采用系统预试法,研究不同溶剂对阿魏菇提取液活性成分的影响,初步鉴定阿魏菇子实体含有的生物活性成分。结果表明:真空冷冻干燥方式对阿魏菇子实体细胞组织结构几乎无损伤,热风干燥对细胞组织损伤较大,干燥工艺研究保证了后续试验样品的有效贮存;初步确定了阿魏菇提取液含有蛋白质、多糖、萜类、生物碱、皂苷类等物质;且不同提取液所含生物活性成分不同;为阿魏菇生物活性组分的分离、提取提供了试验基础。 In order to optimize the best drying method and identify active components from P. ferulae, the fruit bodies from P. ferulae in Xinjiang were used as experimental materials and treated by three different drying technologies,which were hot air drying, vacuum freeze drying and natural drying, the fruit bodies were dealt by drying process. Then, we primarily detected and identified the bioactive components of the fruit body from P. ferulae in different solvents using preliminary examination test. The results showed that vacuum freeze drying treatment had little influence on cellular structure of Pleurotus ferulae, while hot air drying treatment damaged deeply on cellular stucture, drying process provided an effective way of storaging sample for follow-on experimert. The Pleurotus ferulae extracts mainly contained protein,polysaccharide, terpenoids, alkaloids, saponins and other substances and different extracts contained different bioactive components. It would provide significant guiding for effective storage and extraction of P. ferulae.
