摘要
以某商用车驾驶室座椅空气弹簧为研究对象,建立了汽车座椅空气弹簧的有限元分析模型。应用非线性有限元分析软件ABAQUS对其垂向静态刚度特性进行了计算分析。根据国标《汽车悬架用空气弹簧——橡胶气囊》(GB/T13061-1991)对汽车座椅空气弹簧进行了垂向静刚度特性试验,将试验结果与仿真计算结果进行对比,得到的刚度曲线与仿真结果具有很好的一致性,证明了分析方法的有效实用性,对汽车座椅空气弹簧产品的开发与结构设计具有一定的借鉴意义。
A finite element model of heavy truck seat air spring has been established. The vertical non-liner stiffness is analyzed by ABAQUS which is powerful in nonlinearity. Based on GB/T 13061 - 1991, the static vertical characteristics experiment was finished. The calculation results match test figures which testify the method. The simulation and test methods are meaningful in structure-designing and development for air spring which is used in heavy truck seat.
