摘要
探讨沃尼妙林对脂多糖诱导的RAW264.7细胞TLR4和CD14表达的影响。通过Real-Time PCR和Western Blot检测细胞TLR4和CD14的表达情况,发现脂多糖刺激RAW264.7细胞后,可导致TLR4和CD14表达的增高;不同浓度的沃尼妙林预处理能够抑制脂多糖诱导的TLR4和CD14的表达,并且呈剂量依赖性。结果表明,沃尼妙林具有抗炎作用,可以明显改善LPS诱导的急性肺损伤。
To explore the effect of valnemulin (Val) in this process which LPS induces TLR4 and CD14 expression in RAW264.7 cells. The expression of CD14 and TLR4 was detected by Real-Time PCR and Western Blot cell. After the discovery that LPS stimulated RAW264.7 cells, it might lead to increase TLR4 and CD14 expression. The different concentrations of valnemulin could reduce LPS-induced TL4 and CD14 expression in dose-dependent manner of mRNA and protein levels.The results showed that valnemulin had anti-inflammatory properties on LPS-induced acute lung injury, and could significantly improve the LPS -induced acute lung injury.
