摘要
正常的肠道动力对生命至关重要。肠道动力紊乱,尤其是结肠动力障碍性疾病,如慢性便秘等,发病率在我国乃至世界范围内日趋增高,严重影响患者生活质量及社会功能,给患者带来沉重的医疗负担。胃肠道5-羟色胺(5-HT)(血清素)由肠神经系统和肠黏膜嗜铬细胞参与合成与分泌,参与胃肠道多种功能调控。5-HT信号通路异常参与多种胃肠道疾病的发生、发展。该文主要围绕5-HT与胃肠动力障碍疾病的关系进行综述。
Intestinal motility is essential to life. The prevalence of intestinal dysmotility, particularly the colon dysmotility ,for example chronic constipation ,has been increasing in China and in the world recently, seriously affecting the patient's quality of life and their social function with heavy medical and social burden. 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT)/serotonin in the gut is synthesized and secreted in the enteric nerves system and the intestinal enterochromaffin cells, and it is involved in multiple gastrointestinal functions. Abnormalities of 5-HT receptors' pathways have been involved in the occurrence and development of gastrointestinal disorders. Here is to make a review of the relationship between 5-HT and gastrointestinal motility disorders.
