摘要
以Q235钢为研究对象,通过微合金化处理,分析不同合金元素对其力学性能的影响规律。研究表明,高Mn和微量的Nb元素能显著提高Q235钢的强度,而Ti元素对其性能影响不明显;相比55钢,微合金化的Q235钢具有优良的综合性能,更能满足液压千斤顶缸筒材料的需求。
Taking Q235 steel as research object, the alloying elements on the mechanical properties of the test steel were investigated. The results show that high Mn and low Nb contents can effectively enhance the mechanical properties of the test steel while the Ti has few impacts. Comparing with 55 steel, the Q235 steel has very good mechanical properties after microalloying treatment, and it can be used as the candidate of hydraulic cylinder with satisfying properties.
