摘要
关于对左、右寸口脉阴阳属性的认识,从古至今,未能统一。笔者根据经典所述、历代医家观点综合分析发现,就阴阳属性而论,右手寸口脉属阳,左手寸口脉属阴。首先,"左手足不如右强"提示右手寸口脉属阳,左手属阴。其次,气机的"地升、天降"提示:以地而论,地之"体"属阴,其"用"为阳;天之"体"属阳,其用为"阴"。临床查脉均是辨别其"体"的特点。所以从"脉之体"角度分析,右手寸口脉属阳,左手属阴;最后,脏腑在寸口脉的排列部位提示,左寸口脉属阴,右寸口脉属阳。
Up till now,there had never been a conclusion of which side of cunkou pulses was yin or yang.Based on the recordings in viewpoints of famous physicians in past dynasties,it was found that,in the matter of yin and yang,right cunkou pulse was yang,and left cunkou pulse was yin.The basis for that was provided as follows.Firstly,The saying of’the forcefulness of left extremities is inferior to the right’ indicated that right cunkou pulse was yang and left cunkou pulse was yin.Secondly,functional activities of qi rising from the earth and falling from heaven indicated that,considering that the’body and function’ of the earth,the body of earth was yin,while its function was yang.In like manner,the body of heaven was yang,while its function was yin.In clinical practice,the purpose of checking pulse was to distinguish the characters of pulse’s body.So,from the angle of pulse body,right cunkou pulse was yang and left cunkou pulse was yin.Lastly,the locations of Zang and Fu on both cunkou pulses indicated that right cunkou pulse was yang and left cunkou pulse was yin.
