摘要
在比较了各种常数n和雷诺数的基础上,提出了适合于粗煤泥分选的预测数学模型。使用实验室自制干扰床分选机系统,对0.3-2 mm粒级粗煤泥进行了分选试验,通过比较试验值与模型预测值,验证了模型的准确性。结果表明:K-R模型和R模型可以用来预测干扰床的分选性能。
Comparing constant with Reynolds, the hindered settling models are set up for coarse slime in the teetered bed separator. The separation of the size ranging from 0.3 mm to 2 mm is conducted by the pilot teetered bed separator. The predicted data are validated after comparing with the experimental data generated from the teetered bed separator. The result shows that K-R model and R model are available for predicting the separation performance of the teetered bed separator.
