摘要
研究广东省首台投产的600 MW机组湿式静电除尘器工程调试及投产后运行调整中存在的问题并加以解决,实现工程顺利投产,污染物排放满足国家环保要求。通过主导并参与广东珠海金湾发电有限公司3号机组湿式静电除尘器工程建设后期调试与投产后的运行调整,分析在此过程中存在的问题及其原因,并提出相应的技术改造及运行调措施。结果发现3号机组湿式静电除尘器顺利投产,烟尘、SO2、NOx排放浓度达到或低于燃气轮机组的现行排放限值,即:烟尘≤5 mg/m3、SO2≤35 mg/m3、NOx≤50 mg/m3。加装湿式静电除尘器后污染物排放符合环保政策规定及合同技术要求,实现大气污染物"近零排放"。
To study the Guangdong province the first production of 600 MW grade wet electrostatic precipitator project commissioning and put into operation after the operation adjustment and resolving the existent problem, to realize the project successfully put into production, chimney emissions meet the national environmental policy requirements. The dominant and participated in the Guangdong Zhuhai Jinwan Power Co. Ltd. unit 3 wet electrostatic precipitator construction debugging and put into operation after the operation adjustment, the analysis of the existing problems and their causes in the process, and put forward the corresponding technical transformation and operation measures. The No. 3 unit of wet electrostatic precipitator smooth operation, dust, sulfur di- oxide, nitrogen oxides emission concentration at or below the gas turbine's current emission limits, namely smoke is less than or equal to 5 mg/m3 and less than or equal to 35 mg/m3 , nitrogen oxides, sulfur dioxide is less than or equal to 50 mg/m^3. Wet electrostatic precipitator emissions to meet the requirements of environmental protection policies, to achieve near zero emissions of atmospheric pollutants.
