摘要
中美建交之后便开展科技交流与合作,目前科技合作已成为中美关系的重要组成部分。将中美科技合作划分为"起步与发展-波折-深入发展"3个阶段,总结了不同阶段中美两国科技合作的背景与动机、形式及特点,最后分析了中美双方在合作中的分歧。
Sino-US scientific and technological exchanges and cooperation was carried out once after the establishment of diplomatic relations between two countries. Till now the science and technology cooperation has became important component of two countries＂ relationship. This paper divided the cooperation history into three stages（start and developmenttwists and turnsfurther development）, analysis cooperation background, forms and features of each stage, finally summary divergence in the progress.
