往复式压缩机缓冲罐焊缝开裂事故原因及对策 被引量:3

摘要 通过对西气东输发生的往复式压缩机缓冲罐接管焊缝开裂事故进行详细的技术分析,对焊缝开裂断口处进行宏观检查和放大观察,以及宏观分析、化学成分分析、金相分析等,确定了故障原因,即缓冲罐接管焊缝处应力水平和周期性循环载荷造成的机械疲劳所致。基于此,提出缓冲罐接管处设置加强圈刚性补强、内件设置、焊缝检测以及热处理等多方面改进措施。 In this paper, technical analysis is performed in detail on the weld cracking of buffer tank nozzles of reciprocating compressors which happened in the West-to-East Gas Pipeline. Apart from macroscopic analysis, chemical composition analysis and metallographic analysis, visual inspection and magnifying inspection are carried out on the fractures of the weld cracking. Through these activities, the cause of the weld cracking is diagnosed as mechanical fatigue which is generated by stress and periodic cyclic loading at the welding points of buffer tank nozzles. Based on the analysis, multiple effective improvement measures are proposed for buffer tank nozzles, including installation of reinforcing pads for rigid reinforcement, baffle installation, welding detection and heat treatment.
