摘要
针对铺膜机镇压辊筒轴承早期失效现象,分析其失效原因,通过对镇压辊筒及轴承进行结构改进设计,有效提高了轴承密封性和润滑性,延长了使用寿命。
Aiming at early failure of suppression roller bearings for film laying machine, the failure reasons are analyzed. The design improvement of structure of suppression roller and bearing is carried out. The sealing and Lubricating performances of bearings are effectively improved, and the service life is prolonged.
