摘要
目的:评价问题式学习(Problem-based learning,PBL)教学模式在本科生骨科实习教学中的效果。方法:112例骨科临床实习的学生随机分成PBL组和对照组,PBL组采用PBL教学模式,对照组采用传统的教学法,比较两组学生的教学效果。结果:PBL组的理论考核成绩和实践操作考核成绩均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PBL教学模式能较好地提高骨科实习学生的理论成绩和实践操作能力,值得进一步推广。
Objective : To investigate the effects of PBL teaching mode applied to five - year under - graduate students in department of orthope- dics. Methods : 112 cases of clinical interns in department of orthopedics were randomly divided into PBL group and control group. PBL group used PBL teaching mode, and the control group used the traditional teaching method. And then the teaching effect of the two groups of students was com- pared. Results: The score of theoretical examination and practical operation in the PBL group were better than those in the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion : PBL teaching mode can improve the score of theoretical examination and practical operation ability of the clinical interns in de- partment of orthopedics. It is worthy to be further improved and extended.
