摘要
网络信息可信度关乎决策的有效性程度。社会化媒体、移动互联及大数据环境下的网络信息具有用户主动参与、信息多源异构及海量动态等新的特征。新的网络环境下,信息交流过程越来越扑朔迷离,信息的真实性或可信度越来越受到人们的关注,特别是针对信息质量中信息可信度评估及测度的研究越来越多。本文尝试基于相关研究文献,梳理网络信息质量及其可信度的含义、可信度的影响因素及相应的评估方法等方面的相关研究成果,分析现有研究在可信度测度、随机样本选择、可信度评估设计模型构建及标准语料库构建等方面的不足,进而提出相应的可能研究方向。
It is important to improve Web information credibility for the validity of decision. In the environment of Social Media, Mobile Internet, and Big Data, there are some new characteristics of Web information, such as the active participant behavior of users, the multi-source, heterogeneous, mass and dynamic information. This paper tries to analyze lots of researches about the concept, influence element, and assessment method of information quality and information credibility based on relevant literatures; then find some shortcomings in the present researches in the aspects of credibility measurement, random sampling, the design research of credibility assessment, and the construction of standard corpus; at last this paper tries to provide related research directions and approaches.
