摘要
针对枪管性能检测,文中提出了一种新型的枪管缠度检测技术,并介绍了该系统的工作原理。在此基础上进一步做了机械结构和软件设计,并详细分解了旋转角度和轴向行程检测装置。试验结果表明:该检测系统可方便、精确地完成枪管缠度的检测工作。
A new method to measure the twist pitch of rifling of in gun barrel was presented Aiming at detecting the perfor- mance of a gun barrel in this paper. Also, the working principle of this system was introduced. Based on it, the mechanical structure and software design were finished. Then, the portion of measurement device such as rotation angle device and axial distance device were analyzed in detail. The experiment results indicated that the measurement system could easily work with a precise measurement.
