摘要
目的探讨液氮冷冻联合薄芝糖肽治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析尖锐湿疣患者60例的临床资料,其中30例采用液氮冷冻联合薄芝糖肽治疗为联合组,30例患者仅采用液氮冷冻治疗为对照组,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗后2周、1个月、3个月复诊,联合组复发率分别为16.7%,6.7%,10.0%,对照组分别为20.0%,13.3%和36.7%,治疗后2周和1个月比较,复发率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后3个月两组复发率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论液氮冷冻联合薄芝糖肽治疗尖锐湿疣,能够显著提高痊愈率,降低复发率。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of liquid nitrogen cryotherapy combined Bozhi glycopeptides in treatment of genital warts. Methods The clinical data of 60 cases with genital warts were retrospectively analyzed,30 cases in the combined group received liquid nitrogen cryotherapy combined Bozhi glycopeptide treatment,30 patients received liquid nitrogen freezing treatment for the control group,the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results Two weeks,one month,three month referral,the combined group relapse rate after treatment were 16.7%,6.7%,10.0%,in the control group were 20.0%,13.3% and 36.7%,after 2 weeks of treatment and a compare months,there was no significant difference（P〉0.05）,relapse rate after treatment three months recurrence rate difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion liquid nitrogen freezing combined Bozhi glycopeptides in treatment of genital warts, can significantly improve the cure rate and reduce the relapse rate.
