摘要
目的探究分析质量管理对医院超声科医院感染的控制效果。方法选取2013年2月—2014年5月在该院未实施质量管理前的超声科的患者58例,2014年5月后实施质量管理的超声科的患者58例,分别对两组患者的医院感染控制情况、超声科的环境及设备,操作流程以及治疗具体要求等方面进行统计学分析。结果实施质量管理后医院感染控制率、消毒隔离制度、操作流程、超声治疗具体要求、基本要求、治疗区、接诊区、通道各面指标评分标准明显高于实施质量管理前的医院感染控制率、消毒隔离制度、操作流程、超声治疗具体要求、基本要求、治疗区、接诊区、通道各面指标评分标准,前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论质量管理能够有效降低医院感染的发生率,提高超声科的环境及设备的质量,使操作更加规范。
Objective To investigate the quality of the management of the hospital ultrasound analysis Hospital infection control effect. Methods February 2013 - May 2014 58 patients in our hospital quality management department before the ultrasound is not implemented, the implementation of quality management in patients of 58 cases of ultrasound after May 2014, respectively, for the two groups of patients the hospital statistical analysis was performed to control the infection, the ultrasound department of the environment and equipment, operating procedures and other aspects of the treatment of specif-ic requirements. Results The results after the implementation of quality management of hospital infection control rate, disin-fection and isolation system, operational procedures, ultrasound therapy specific requirements, the basic requirements, the treatment area, reception area, each side channel index score was significantly higher than before the implementation of quality management of hospital infection control rate , disinfection and isolation system, operational procedures, ultrasound therapy specific requirements, the basic requirements, the treatment area, reception area, each side channel index score, be-fore and after the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Quality management can effectively reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections and improve the quality of the environment and of ultrasound equipment, make the operation more standardized
