摘要
目的:研究炎性细胞因子与类风湿性关节炎关系,探讨细胞因子作为类风湿性关节炎诊断、治疗及预后的临床应用价值。方法:136例类风湿性关节炎患者设为类风湿性关节炎组,其中62例处于缓解期,74例为活动期,53例健康志愿者为对照组,比较各组中白介素-1β(IL-1β)、白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-8(IL-8)、白介素-10(IL-10)、干扰素-r(IFN-r)的变化情况,并研究类风湿性关节炎患者炎性细胞因子与DSA28评分及C反应蛋白相关性。结果:类风湿性关节炎组缓解期IL-1β、IFN-r与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),类风湿性关节炎组活动期IL-1β、IFN-r与对照组、类风湿性关节炎组缓解期均有统计学差异(P<0.05),IL-6、IL-8、IL-10各组两两比较均存在统计差异(P<0.05);CRP、DSA评分与IL-6、IL-8及IL-10均呈正相关,6IL-1β、IFN-r与CRP、DSA评分无相关性。结论:炎性细胞因子的检测于类风湿性关节炎早期诊断、病情评估及预后预测均有重要的临床意义。
Objective： To investigate the relationship between inflammatory cytokines and rheumatoid arthritis （RA）, and to explore the clinical application value of cytokines in diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of RA. Methods：A total of 136 patients with RA served as RA group, including 62 cases in remission and 74 cases in active period 53 healthy volunteers served as control group. The changes of interleukin （IL） 1β, IL-6, IL-8, IL 10 and interferon （IFN） r in each group were compared. Also, the correlation between inflammatory eytokines and DSA28 score as well as C-reactive protein in patients was studied. Results： The comparison of IL-1β and IFN-r between patients in remission in RA group and in control group showed no significant difference （P〈0.05）, while statistically significant differences of ILl13 and IFN-r presented in patients in active period in RA group, compared with patients in remission in RA group and control group （P〈0.05）. Comparison of IL 6, IL- 8, IL-10 between any two groups showed statistical differences （P〈0.05） C-reactive protein, DSA28 score and IL-6, IL-8, IL-10 were positively correlated, while IL-1β, IFN-r and CRP, DSA28score showed no correlation. Conclusions：The detection of inflammatory cytokines carries important clinical significance in the early diagnosis, evaluation and prognosis of RA.
