文章介绍了内蒙古图书馆"彩云服务"的运作模式、实施效果及实践经验,提出其发展方向是建立"区域性图书馆彩云服务联盟",探索"互联网+"以及实施效果评估。
This paper introduces the operation pattern, the implementation effect, the exploration and experience of ＂colorful clouds service＂ in Inner Mongolia Library. It proposes that ＂Colorful Clouds Service＂ should develop to become the ＂Regional Library Colorful Clouds Service Alliance＂, exploring how to use ＂internet plus＂ to improve service and implementing performance evaluation.
