摘要
目的分析云南省4县（市）暗娼艾滋病相关知识、行为及影响因素,为制定暗娼艾滋病防治策略提供依据。方法选择云南省4县（市）出租屋、小旅馆、发廊、浴室以及街边揽客,每次商业性行为平均价格低于80元的390名暗娼进行问卷调查。结果调查对象平均年龄为（34.65±10.18）岁,艾滋病相关知识知晓率为80.51%。暗娼与新客、熟客和丈夫的安全套使用比例分别为79.74%,65.72%和14.70%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。经多因素Logistic回归分析显示,每次性服务收费（OR=1.97,95%CI 1.32～2.95）与熟客安全套使用有统计学关联;每次性服务收费（OR=1.48,95%CI 1.06～2.05）与新客安全套使用有统计学关联。结论云南省4县（市）暗娼艾滋病知识需要进一步提高,通过开展针对性的干预,改变不安全性行为,促进安全套的使用,减少艾滋病经暗娼的传播与蔓延。
Objective To analyze knowledge,behavior and the influencing factors of female sex workers（FSW） in 4counties of Yunnan province,and to provide basis for intervention. Methods Three hundred and ninety female sex workers in low-end sites were investigated,including rental housing,small hotel,hair salon,bathroom and street,who were charged less than 80 Yuan for one sexual service. Results The average age of FSW was（34. 65 ± 10. 18） years old,and the AIDS-related knowledge was 80. 51%. Condom use with new clients,frequent clients and husbands were 79. 74%,65. 72% and 14. 70% respectively,which had statistic significant difference（ P 〈0. 01）. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that charge for sexual service（ OR = 1. 97,95% CI 1. 32 ～ 2. 95） was related to the condom use with frequent clients,while the charge for sexual service（ OR = 1. 48,95% CI 1. 06 ～ 2. 05） also was related to condom use with new clients. Conclusion AIDS-knowledge still need to be improved for female sex workers. It was necessary to provide pertinence intervention to change the risk behavior,promote condom use,so that it could decrease HIV transmission by female sex workers.
