摘要
近年来随着我国全民健身运动的开展,越来越多的老年人加入了健身运动的行列。为使老年人了解更多的健身运动知识,少走弯路,取得较好的效果,文章从5个方面探讨了老年人应如何科学、合理、有效地进行健身运动。
During the late years, the national fitness campaign is developing, more and more people join in body exercises. In order to make them know more knowledge about it, avoid detours and achieve good results, the paper discovers how the old people do body exercises more scientifically, rea-sonablye and efficaciously in five aspects.
