硼掺杂TiO_2纳米颗粒的制备与可见光催化性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过用溶胶-凝胶法制备纯的和掺杂硼的TiO_2纳米颗粒,对样品进行可见光光催化降解有机废水实验,研究主要影响因素对甲基橙在可见光催化降解的影响规律。结果表明,在煅烧温度600℃,催化剂用量50 mg,摩尔比0.05,120 min光照甲基橙,最高降解率达51.26%。在此基础上,以镧硼掺杂比为1∶2的TiO_2催化剂的光催化降解率最高达61.48%。通过掺杂修饰的TiO_2,提高了其可见光的光催化活性。 Sol-gel method was used to prepare a pure and boron doped TiO2 nano particles. The samplas were analyzed by visible light photocatalytic degradation of organic wastewater and the influence factors of methyl orange in visible light photocatalytic degradation were investigated. The results show that in the calcination temperature of 600 ℃,dosage of catalyst 50 mg,the boron doping amount was 0. 05,with 120 min sunlight organic wastewater,degradation of the maximum rate was 51. 26%. On the basis of the above,lanthanum boron doped TiO2 with the photocatalytic degradation rate of 1∶2 was up to 61. 48%. The photocatalytic activity of was improved by doping with modified TiO2.
