摘要
目的分析医院医疗废物管理存在的问题,提出加强医疗废物管理,预防医院感染的对策。方法回顾性分析2013年7月—2014年7月该院开展的医疗废物管理调查临床资料,总结分析医疗废物管理存在的问题,并提出管理对策。结果分类收集不严、工作人员医疗废物防控意识淡薄、全程有效监督缺失等是医院感染中医疗废物管理面临的主要问题,分别占82.4%、70.6%和64.7%,其次是贮运不规范,占47.1%,日常交接不到位占41.2%。经医疗废物管理干预后,医疗废物相关知识知晓率较干预前显著上升,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院医疗废物管理存在问题较多,既有处置设施落实等客观原因,也有制度缺位、储运不规范、缺乏有效监督等管理原因。医院应根据医疗废物管理面临的问题,针对性加强管控,以切实推动医疗废物管理规范化、流程化,降低医院感染率。
Objective To analyze the problems in the management of hospital medical waste, and put forward the countermeasures to strengthen the management of medical wastes and prevent the infection. Methods The clinical data of medical waste management in our hospital from July 2014 to July 2013 were analyzed retrospectively, and the problems existed in the management of medical wastes were summarized and the management strategies were put forward. Results Classified collection is not strict, poor awareness of the medical waste prevention and control staff, full effective supervision lack is the main problem facing the medical waste management of hospital infection, respectively, accounting for 82.4%, 70.6% and 64.7%, followed by storage and transportation is not standardized, accounted for 47.1%, aily transfer does not reach the designated position accounted for 41.2%. After the intervention of medical waste management, the knowledge awareness rate of medical waste was significantly higher than before intervention, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Hospital medical waste management has many problems, such as the implementation of the disposal facilities and other objective reasons, there are also the absence of the system, storage and transportation is not standardized, the lack of effective supervision and management. Hospitals should be based on the problem of medical waste management, targeted to strengthen management and control, in order to effectively promote the standardization of medical waste management, process, reduce the hospital infection rate.
