摘要
目的探讨针对肿瘤外科PICC置管患者,观察临床给予健康教育干预后对患者依从性以及自我护理能力产生的影响。方法选择该院2013年10月—2015年7月肿瘤外科PICC置管患者140例。通过随机数表法对所有PICC置管患者实施随机分组。观察组(70例):临床给予常规护理+健康教育干预;对照组(70例):临床给予常规护理;比较所有患者在依从性以及自我护理能力ESCA评分方面表现出的差异。结果所有肿瘤外科PICC置管患者完成临床护理后,在完全依从率方面,同对照组患者进行比较,观察组患者表现为显著升高(P<0.05);在实施干预前,在自我护理技能评分、自我概念评分、自护责任感评分以及健康知识水平评分几方面,观察组与对照组未表现出显著差异(P>0.05)。完成干预后,在上述评分方面,同治疗前比较均表现为一定程度的升高,同对照组患者进行比较,观察组患者提高程度明显(P<0.05)。结论针对肿瘤外科PICC置管患者,临床给予健康教育干预,可以将患者的依从性以及自我护理能力有效提高,凸显健康教育干预的临床应用价值。
Objective To study on surgical oncology patients with PICC catheter, observe clinical after health education in-tervention on the patients＇ compliance and the effect of self-care ability. Methods Our hospital in October 2013 - surgical oncology in July 2015, 140 cases of patients with PICC catheter. Through the stochastic indicator method for all patients with PICC catheter randomly assigned. Observation group （70 cases）：clinical give＋conventional nursing health education intervention;The control group （70 cases）：clinical given routine care;To compare all of the patients in compliance and self care ability ESCA showed differences on scores. Results All surgical oncology patients with PICC catheter after completion of clinical nursing in complete compliance rate, compared with the control group patients, the observation group of patients is significantly higher （P〈0.05）; Before to intervene in self-care skill score, self concept grade, the sense of responsibility and the health knowledge level score a few aspects, observation group and control group showed no significant difference （P〉0.05）. After intervention, in terms of the score, compared with before treatment were characterized by a certain degree of rise, compared with the control group patients, observation group of patients increased significantly （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For tumor surgery patients with PICC catheter, the clinical health education intervention, patients can be effectively improve adherence and self-care ability, highlight health education intervention of the clinical application value.
