重庆市某社区2013年传染病疫情分析

摘要 目的分析重庆市某社区2013年传染病疫情流行特点,为该社区传染病防治工作提供依据。方法采用描述性流行病学方法对重庆市某社区2013年传染病的发病率、种类及构成、时间和人群分布、传播途径等进行分析。结果该社区2013年报告传染病1371例,发病率为1001.32/10万,无死亡病例,死亡率和病死率为0。报告病例中男803例,女568例;从15d至89岁各年龄段均有病例报告,主要集中在5岁以下。甲、乙、丙类传染病分别有0,639,723例,发病率分别为0/10万、466.70/10万和534.62/10万。该社区2013年传染病发病率与2012年相比无显著性差异(χ2=2.429,P=0.119),2013年甲乙类传染病发病率显著高于重庆市2012年甲乙类传染病发病率(χ2=275.6,P〈0.01)。痢疾、感染性腹泻和手足口病发病呈现明显时间聚集性。传染病主要经消化道、呼吸道、性接触和血液传播。结论该社区传染病发病率较高,需要加强传染病的防控工作,尤其要在健康教育、肠道传染病,免疫接种率等方面采取有力措施。 Objective To analyse the epidemic characteristics of infectious disease in a community of Chongqing city in 2013 in,an to provide basis for prevention and treatment of infectious diseases in the community.Methods Using the method of descriptive epidemiology to analyse the incidence rate of infectious disease, type and structure,time and population distribution, dissemination way in a community of Chongqing city in 2013.Results 1 371 cases of infectious diseases were reported in the community in 2013,the incidence rate was 1001.32/0.1 million,no deaths,both mortality and fatality rate were 0.803 male and 568 female cases constructed the reported cases.The age ranged from from 15 days to 89 years,and mainly casesa concentrated under 5 years old.A,B,C Class infectious diseases were 0,639 and 723 cases respevtively,incidence rates were 0/0.1 million, 534.62/0.1 million and 466.70/0.1 million.The difference of incidence of infectious diseases in the community between 2013 and 2012 was no statistically significant(χ2=2.429, P=0.119). The incidence rate of A and B Class infectious disease in the community in 2013 was significantly higher than that in Chongqing in 2012(χ2=275.6, P 〈 0.001).The incidence of Dysentery,infectious diarrhea and hand foot and mouth disease showed obvious time aggregation.The major infectious proccess were through the digestive tract, respiratory tract,sexual contact and blood transmission.Conclusion The incidence rate of infectious disease in the community is high, and need to strengthen the prevention and control of infectious diseases, particularly take strong measures in health education,intestinal infectious disease and immunization rate.
