摘要
目的分析供应室护理的职业暴露问题和防护对策。方法对医院供应室8名护理人员进行问卷调查，对供应室中的职业暴露N素进行统计分析，计算各种暴露因素的发生率，并针对所调查出的暴露因素提出具有针对性的预防措施。结果该次调查中。供应室职业暴露因素以利器损伤居首位（100％），其次是紫外线损伤4名（50％），另外，噪音、烫伤、化学药剂等分别为1名（12．5％），1名（12．5％），1名（12．5％）。结论供应室护理职业暴露的主要因素是利器损伤和紫外线损伤．防护方法则是加强对护理人员相关技能知识、预防措施进行培训，加强护理人员的自我保护意识。通过相应的防护措施。不仅可有效降低护理人员在供应室中的职业暴露问题，更能营造良好的工作环境，有利于护理人员快乐、放心工作。
Objective Analysis of the supply room nursing occupational exposure and protection measures.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted in our hospital supply room 22 nurses ,statistical analysis of the occupational exposure factors in the supply room,calculating the incidence of various exposures,and for the investigation into the exposure factors of targeted prevention measures are put forward.Results The survey, the supply room occupational exposures to sharp injury in the first place（100%）,followed by UV damage of 5 （62.5%）,in addition, noise, bums, chemicals such as respectively,1（12.5%）, 1 （12.5%）,1 （12.5%）.Conclusion The main factors of supply room nursing occupational exposure is the weapon damage and uv damage,protection method is to strengthen the nursing skills knowledge training, preventive measures,strengthen the self-protection consciousness of nursing staff.Through the corresponding protective measures,not only can effectively reduce the nursing staff in the occupational exposure problems in supply room,can create a good working environment,more conducive to nursing staff work happy, rest assured.
