摘要
商品定价是市场经济下对商品价值衡量的一个量化指标。传统的高铁单一票价已逐渐不适应当今市场竞争的环境。本文应用灵敏度分析方法及双层规划模型,研究了成渝客运通道间公路与高铁竞争条件下高铁票价的制定方案。选用价格、快速性、方便性、舒适度、安全性这五个衡量指标来计算广义出行费用,构造双层规划模型,求得旅客与高铁决策部门之间的平衡点。该模型得出的最优票价收益高于传统单位里程定价模式获得的收益。
Commodity pricing is quantitative indicators measuring commodity values under the conditions of market economy. About the price of high-speed railway, the traditional solution is gradually unsuitable for the market. The pricing model for the Cheng-Yu corridor was studied based on the sensitivity analysis and bi-level programming model. Price, speed, convenient, comfort and safety were taken into account for the passengers' generalized travel cost. Then we construct a bi-level model to find the balance point between the passengers and high-speed railway policymakers. The results shows that the optimal solution is better than the traditional model, and can definitely meet the command of policymakers.
