摘要
本文采用样品前处理微量化技术对皮革中五氯酚(PCP)及其钠盐(PCP-Na)的提取与净化及乙酰化条件进行了探讨。方法回收率在93.7~109.2%之间,变异系数为2.8~7.4%,检出限量达5pg,PCP进样量在0.025~1.25ng之间,线性关系良好(r=0.9996)。
The conditions that PCP & PCP-Na in leather arc extracted and clean up and acetified are discussed by application of microchemical methods in residual analysis. The method of determination for PCP & PCP-Na in leather is establisheb by gas chromatography. Recovies and RSD are 93.7-109.2% and 2.8-7.4% respectively, the detection limit 5pg. The analysis linerity is very good(r=0.9996)at the range 0.25-12.5mgPCP/kg.The results of the analysis for leather sample are satisfactory.
