摘要
为研究酸化油生物柴油作为农用柴油机代用燃料的可行性,本文利用喷雾碰壁试验台对酸化油生物柴油碰壁现象进行可视化研究。实验结果表明:不同配比的酸化油生物柴油/柴油混合燃料,随酸化油生物柴油所占比重的增加,混合燃料碰壁后扩散直径和卷吸高度都相应增加;随喷油压力的提高,混合燃料碰壁后反弹体积相对增大,雾化效果增强;随着环境背压的增加,混合燃料喷雾油束头部扩散度增大,混合燃料碰壁后扩散直径和卷吸高度都有所减小。
In order to study on the characteristics of acidic oil biodiesel as an alternative fuel for agricultural diesel.This article uses spray impingement test platform to study spray wall-impingement phenomenon of acidic oil biodiesel which are visual.The experimental results show that:with the different proportion of acidic oil biodiesel,along with the increase of acidic oil biodiesel accounted for the proportion of mixed fuel,the spray diffusion diameter and entrainment height increased;with the increase of injection pressure,the rebound volume of mixed fuel increases relatively and the atomization effect enhanced too;with the increase of back pressure,the spray head diffusion degree of mixed fuel increased,but the spray diffusion diameter and entrainment height decreased.
