新生儿窒息致心肌损伤的临床治疗体会 被引量:6

摘要 目的:研究新生儿窒息致心肌损伤的临床治疗效果。方法:选取接受治疗的新生儿窒息致心肌损伤患儿142例,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,两组各有患儿71例。给予观察组患儿1,6-二磷酸果糖复合丹参进行治疗,仅给予对照组患儿1,6-二磷酸果糖进行治疗,治疗结束后比较两组患儿心电图,并对心肌酶谱进行检测,比较两组患儿心肌酶谱结果和疗效。结果:观察组新生儿窒息致心肌损伤患儿在临床症状消失与对照组新生儿窒息致心肌损伤患儿症状消失时间的比较,差异有统计学意义(t=4.906 6,P<0.05);观察组患儿ECG恢复时间与对照组患儿ECG恢复时间比较,差异有统计学意义(t=6.282 3,P<0.05)。观察组新生儿窒息致心肌损伤患儿治疗后CK和CK-MB方面均显著优于对照组新生儿窒息致心肌损伤患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组71例新生儿窒息致心肌损伤患儿,治疗总有效率为88.73%;对照组71例新生儿窒息致心肌损伤患儿,治疗总有效率为71.83%。两组新生儿窒息致心肌损伤患儿治疗总有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用1,6-二磷酸果糖复合丹参对新生儿窒息致心肌损伤患儿进行治疗的效果较好,能够对患儿心肌组的恢复起到较好的促进作用,对预后也有较好的改善作用,可在临床中推广。 Objective To study the clinical therapeutic effects of neonatal asphyxia caused by myocardial injury. Method 142 cases with neonatal asphyxia caused by myocardial injury,They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,two groups with 71 cases of children. observation group were given 1,6 diphosphate- fructose compound salvia miltiorrhiza treatment,the control group were given only with 1,6 fructose phosphate treatment,treatment after comparing two groups of children with electrocardiogram( ecg),and to test the myocardial enzyme spectrum,two groups of children with myocardial enzyme spectrum results and curative effect were compared. Results The observation group of neonatal asphyxia caused by myocardial injury in children with clinical symptoms disappeared and the control group in neonatal asphyxia caused by myocardial injury in children with symptoms disappear time comparison,data had significant difference( t = 4. 906 6,P〈0. 05); Observation group with ECG,compared with the control group patients ECG recovery time,recovery time data had significant difference( t= 6. 282 3,P〈0. 05). Observation group after neonatal asphyxia caused by myocardial injury in children with treatment CK and CK- MB were significantly superior to the control group for children with neonatal asphyxia to myocardial injury,data had significant difference( P〈0. 05). Observing group,71 cases of neonatal asphyxia children with myocardial injury,the total effective rate was 88. 73%; The control group,71 cases of neonatal asphyxia children with myocardial injury,the total effective rate was71. 83%. Two groups of neonatal asphyxia caused by myocardial injury in children with treatment of total effective data had significant difference( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The 1,6- diphosphate fructose compound salvia miltiorrhiza on myocardial injury in children with neonatal asphyxia to treatment effect is good,can play a good role in promoting of the children with myocardial group resume,it is has good effect on prognosis,can promote in the clinical.
