摘要
针对沥青拌和操作人员紧缺,培训技术落后的问题,设计了沥青混合料拌和楼的模拟样机的培训平台。该平台的应用程序采用模块化设计,具备原理演示、专业培训及技能鉴定等功能;可模拟沥青拌和楼生产过程中的现场数据和故障,操作界面简洁、方便。实训结果表明,培训平台的应用对提高培训质量和效率具有积极作用。
Aimed at the shortage of asphalt mixing plant operators and technical backwardness of the training, a training platform was designed for the simulation model of asphalt mixing plant. The modular design of applications provides the training platform with functions such as principle demonstration, professional training and skill appraisal. With a simple and convenient interface, the platform can simulate the field data and breakdowns of the production process of asphalt mixing plant. Practical training results show that the platform helps to improve the training quality and efficiency.
