摘要
高等教育入学公平旨在让每个考生都有机会取得有价值的文凭,籍此向未来雇主传达高能力的信号,实现生存状况的改观和社会地位的变迁。在我国经济社会加速转型和高等教育大众化深入发展的过程中,高等教育入学公平呈现出新特点,主要体现为政策的普适性、机制的灵活性、标准的多元性、形式的广泛性、程序的规范性和录取的透明性。
The higher education enrollment equity intends to provide every candidate an equal access to a deserved diploma, which signifies his/her ability to the future employer so as to realize the change of living conditions and social status. During the process of accelerated economic and society transformation as well as the development of mass higher education, higher education enrollment equity possesses new features, ranging from the wide employment of policy, the flexibility of mechanism, the diversity of criteria, the extensity of form, the transparency of procedure and the transparency of recruitment.
