摘要
农村初中留守儿童因留守处境易在学习、心理健康和社会性发展等方面产生诸多问题。教师,特别是班主任应遵循无病假设原则、助人自助原则、家校合作原则等教育原则,对初中留守儿童进行教育。在班级教育管理过程中,教师应给予留守儿童亲情化教育,构建和谐师生关系;渗透全人教育思想,关注留守儿童身心健康;开展多样化班级活动,构建良好班集体;丰富家校联络渠道,家校联手以促进留守儿童健康成长。
The middle school students left behind in the rural areas may easily develop many problems such as learning, mental and social development due to their living conditions. Teachers, especially the headteachers, should educate the students with educational principles such as sick-leave-free principle, helping others and self-help principle and school-parent collaboration principle. During the education and management of the class, teachers should treat students with natural affection, build harmonious relations between teachers and students permeated with the whole-person educational thought. Also, teachers should pay close attention to childrens' mental health by organizing various class activities, establishing a good class team. Lastly, communication channels between parents and the school should be enriched to jointly promote healthy development of children.
