摘要
文章介绍了资源消耗为基础的相对价值体系(RBRVS)的原理和基本框架,回顾了其在我国医院中的应用,并对比分析了其在我国医院绩效分配中各种具体模式的差异及适用医院类型,最后得出如下结论:对于绩效分配的具体模式,合适的才是最好的;在绩效改革前,需要做好大量的基础准备工作;并指出了基于RBRVS绩效分配模式的局限性和研究方向。
It introduced the principle and basic frame of RBRVS system,reviewed its application in Chinese hospital,compared and analyzed the different types of the performance bonus distribution in the Chinese hospitals and the suitable hospital types.Final.ly,it introduced the author's consideration.For the specific mode for performance distribution,the appropriate type of performance distribution mode was the best.Before the performance reform,it needed to prepare for the work basis and pointed the limitations and research directions of RBRVS based performance distribution pattern.
