摘要
本文对一地处高烈度区的砖混结构学校建筑进行了隔震加固技术的应用。考虑到老建筑结构参数的不完整,通过实地测试得到精确的动力特性,建立层剪切模型对采用组合基础隔震技术的砌体房屋进行了罕遇地震响应校核,并给出了施工工序及相应的关键技术。本文实践表明,砌体结构采用隔震加固技术提高了上部结构的地震安全性,以最经济、有效的结构变动达到了现行规范的抗震设防要求。
A masonry structure,which served as a school building and located in the high earthquake intensity zone,is strengthened using base isolation technology. Considering the incomplete structural parameters of old buildings,the dynamic properties are obtained by in-situ testing. Shearing model is established,the responses of masonry building under rarely occurred earthquake after using combined base isolation technology are calculated. Construction procedures and key technology are given. The practice shows that the seismic safety of the masonry building strengthened by combined base isolation bearings can be enhanced,the current seismic design target is achieved using most economical and effective retrofit.
