摘要
为了研究试验条件对碱性次氯酸钠褪色纤维素纤维试验效果的影响程度,选取10种不同规格的纤维素纤维织物,分别在温度10-40℃,时间5-30 min,以及静置、手动剧烈搅拌、连续振荡和超声振荡4种振荡方式下进行褪色试验,并观察褪色效果,然后选用褪色效果良好的试验条件测试修正系数。结果表明:试验温度、时间、振荡方式和样品种类等试验条件对碱性次氯酸钠褪色试验均有影响;温度35-40℃,时间不超过20 min,手动剧烈搅拌方式为佳;褪色试验条件不同,其修正系数也不同,建议在样品溶解前褪色处理时增加空白褪色试验。
In order to analyze the effects of test conditions on the decoloring efficiency of alkaline hypochlorite,the paper studies ten kinds of different specifications of the cellulose fiber fabrics to carry on the decoloring experiments at 10 -40 ℃, in 5-30 minutes with four oscillating manners including static, vigorous agitation, oscillator and the ultrasonic oscillation, and then observes the fading effects. It selects the test conditions bearing better decoloring effect to test their correction coefficient. The results show that the test conditions such as test temperature,test time, oscillation mode, different samples have effects on alkaline hypochlorite, and the experimental conditions of temperature at 35-40 ℃, lasting time of more than 20 minutes with manual vigorous agitation method are preferred. The correction coefficient is different from different test conditions, which suggests that the blank fade test should be applied before the sample dissolves.
