步态分析在老年人跌倒中的应用进展 被引量:22

Gait analysis applied in accidental falls among the elderly

摘要 跌倒已是老年型社会面临的主要老年问题,据2007年WHO报道,全球每年约28%~35%的65岁及以上老年人发生跌倒,并随着年龄增长而明显提高[1]。跌倒给老年人的生理和心理皆造成不良后果,严重影响其生命质量[2-4]。有调查[5-6]显示,老年人跌倒多数发生在走路时,而行走时步态出现异常会提高跌倒风险。因此,明确老年人行走的步态特征,对预防跌倒有着重要作用。
