摘要
采用等体积浸渍法制备了Pt/SAPO-11催化剂,并用XRD、N2吸附-脱附和NH3-TPD手段对其结构和性质进行表征,在不同的Pt负载量、反应温度、空速、反应压力以及氢油比的条件下,考察了正十八烷在Pt/SAPO-11上的加氢裂化性能。结果表明:适当增加Pt的负载量会增强其催化活性;升高温度、降低空速和提高反应压力均有利于增强Pt/SAPO-11的正十八烷裂化活性,氢油比越高越容易发生异构化反应,但产油率偏低;在反应温度380℃、压力2.5MPa、质量空速1h-1、Pt质量分数0.7%、氢油体积比1 000的条件下,正十八烷的产油率可达52.2%,中馏分与轻馏分的摩尔比为1.57,单支链异构体选择性为61.6%。
The Pt/SAPO-11 catalyst was prepared by incipient-wetness impregnation method and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), BET and NH3-TPD. The effects of Pt loading,reaction temperature, space velocity, reaction pressure and hydrogen-oil ratio on n-octadecane hydrocracking over Pt/ SAPO-11 catalyst were investigated. The results show that the Pt/SAPO-11 catalyst with a appropriate Pt loading exhibits better catalytic activity,while raising temperature, decreasing space velocity and increasing pressure are favorable for hydrocracking. The higher the hydrogen/oil ratio, the easier the isomerization but lower oil yields. At the conditions of 0.7% Pt, 380 ℃, 2.5 MPa,LHSV=1. 0 h 1, hydrogen-oil volumn ratio of 1 000, the oil yield is up to 52.2% and the selectivity for mono-branched isomers reaches 61.6% with a middle/light distillates ratio of 1.57.
