摘要
目的分析延续护理对脑梗死出院患者治疗依从性的影响。方法收集我院2014年6月-2015年6月脑梗死患者56例,随机分为对照组（常规出院指导）、观察组（常规出院指导＋延续护理）,对比两组患者依从性。结果观察组饮食、运动、药物及定期复诊等方面依从性均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论延续护理可提高脑梗死出院患者治疗依从性。
Objective To analysis the continuation of care for patients with cerebral infarction hospital treatment adherence. Methods 56 patients with cerebral infarction were collected from June 2014 to June 2015, they were randomly divided into control group（conventional discharge guidance）, the observation group（normal discharge guidance and continue nursing）,compared two groups of patients＇ compliance. Results The observation group of diet, exercise, drugs, and regular follow-up compliance were higher than that in control group, significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Continue nursing care can improve discharge treatment adherence in patients with cerebral infarction.
