摘要
膝骨关节炎是骨伤科临床中的常见病及多发病,目前多采用保守方法治疗,且中西医治疗方法多种多样,针刀作为其中疗效确凿的保守治疗方法之一,近年来在治疗本病中发挥了重要作用,本文对近年针刀治疗膝骨关节炎的基础研究进展及临床治疗进展进行综述。
Knee osteoarthritis is a clinical common disease and frequently encountered disease in orthopedics. We always use the conservative treatment currently,and a variety of Chinese and western medicine treatment can be used. The needle knife as one of the conservative treatment of efficacy conclusive,played an important role in treatment of the disease in recent years. In this paper,the recent progress in the basic research on needle knife in treatment of knee osteoarthritis and clinical treatment were reviewed.
