摘要
从汽车燃油泵的自身结构优化和检测方式两个层面阐述汽车燃油泵研究情况。前者以提高燃油泵效率为目的进行理论研究,建立效率方程,求解效率方程,并借助于CFD技术及其商用软件进行辅助分析。后者使用油液检测法或真空度法来测试燃油泵样品性能,其检测结果对设计提供指导。
In this paper, research status on vehicle fuel pump is divided into two aspects: the structure optimization of vehicle fuel pump and its performance testing method. The former is an theoretical research,which aims at improving the efficiency of the fuel pump. The efficiency equations are established and solved. CFD and its business software are used to assist analysis. The later is focused on oil method or vacuum method,which is used to test the performance of samples. The test results are used to provide guidance for the design.
