摘要
以F_(2602)(氟橡胶)为胶粘剂、HMX(奥克托今)为含能材料,采用喷雾干燥法制备了PBX(聚合物粘接炸药)。利用SEM(扫描电镜)、XRD(X-射线衍射)法和DSC(差示扫描量热)法对PBX的结构和性能进行了表征。研究结果表明:HMX/F_(2602)复合炸药的颗粒呈球形状结构,并且其粒径达到纳米级别;与HMX原料相比,HMX/F_(2602)的热稳定性更好,撞击感度明显降低[H_(50)(特性落高)值由18.20 cm升至35.37 cm]。
With F(2602)(fluorine rubber)as adhesive,HMX as energetic material,the PBX(polymer bondedexplosive) was prepared by spray drying method. The structure and properties of PBX were characterized bySEM(scanning electron microscope),XRD(X-ray diffraction)method and DSC(differential scanning calorimetry)method. The research results showed that the HMX/F(2602) composite explosive particles had the spherical structure,and its particle size reach nanoscale. Compared with HMX raw material,the HMX/F(2602) had the betterthermostability,and its impact sensitivity was obviously reduced because its H(50)(features fall- high)value wasincreased from 18.20 cm to 35.37 cm.
