摘要
对铝合金框加劲PVC复合塑料模板水平构件支撑体系进行设计计算,确定铝合金加劲框架的技术参数,确定铝合金加劲PVC复合塑料模板水平构件竖向支撑体系的施工工艺。通过日照市某实验检测楼1层楼板进行现场试验,验证了铝合金框加劲PVC塑料模板水平构件支撑体系满足强度、刚度要求。基于通用有限元软件ABAQUS,建立了铝合金加劲PVC复合塑料模板水平构件支撑体系整体有限元模型,进行全过程有限元分析,结果表明体系处于低应力状态下安全可靠。
The horizontal member supporting system with aluminum alloy frame reinforced PVC composite plastic formwork was designed, the technical parameters for aluminum alloy reinforced frame were calculated, and then the construction technologies of horizontal member supporting system were determined. The experimental results show that aluminum alloy frame system can meet the requirement of strength and stiffness. Based on the software ABAQUS,the whole process of finite element analysis was introduced,the numerical calculations show that the system under the low-stress state is safe and reliable in the whole construction process.
