摘要
以甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯和丙烯酸为基础单体,γ-甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三(三甲基硅氧基)硅烷为改性单体,在阳/非离子复合乳化剂(3%)、引发剂(1%)和交联剂(1.5%)的作用下,采用种子乳液聚合半连续法,制备了高硅含量的有机硅改性丙烯酸酯乳液。通过外观观察、稳定性测试、粒度测量、红外光谱、热重分析、透射电镜、接触角及扫描电镜,分析研究了核壳粒子的形貌结构、热稳定性和吸水率,以及不同有机硅含量和不同乳液稀释浓度对织物拒水效果的影响。结果表明,有机硅单体参与了共聚反应,所得乳液外观均匀,色泽乳白泛蓝,稳定性好,平均粒径为170 nm左右,具有清晰的核壳结构。随着有机硅含量的增加,共聚物的耐热性提高,吸水率明显降低。乳液对织物进行整理后发现,当乳液稀释质量浓度相同时,随着有机硅含量的增加,织物表面对水接触角逐渐提高;当有机硅含量相同时,随着乳液的稀释质量浓度降低,织物表面对水接触角逐渐提高,拒水性能优良。
Acrylate emulsion with high silicone content is prepared by semi-continuous seeded-emulsion polymerization with methyl methacrylate (MMA), butyl acrylate (BA) and acrylic acid (AA) as monomers, γ-[tris(trimethylsilyloxy)silyl]propyl methacrylate (TRIS) as the functional monomer, and 3% cationic (OATAC) and nonionic (DNSSO0) compound as the emulsifier, as well as 1.0% initiator (AIBA) and 1.5% crosslinking agent (GMA). The morphology, thermo stability and water adsorption of the core-shell latex particles, the influences of organic silicone content and the dilution concentration of latex on water-repel- lency of the finished fabrics are investigated by appearance observation, stability test, particle size deter- mination, FT-IR, TGA, TEM, CA and SEM. The results show that TRIS copolymerizes with acrylate mono- mers, the latex features uniform and milky white appearance with blue light, good stability, and average particle diameter about 170 nm with clear core-shell structure. With the increasing amount of TRIS, the thermo stability of organic silicone modified acrylate copolymer increases, and the water absorption de- creases obviously. With the same amount of the dilution content of latex, the contact angles of cotton fabric and polyester-cotton fabric finished by these latex increase as the TRIS content increases. With the same amount of TRIS, the contact angles of the finished fabrics increase as the dilution content of latex decreases, both the finished fabrics appear good water repellent property.
