摘要
以耕地资源安全的涵义为基础,组建数量安全、质量安全和生态安全3个层面的28个指标构成安徽省耕地资源安全综合评价体系.运用AHP法和熵权法相结合的主客观赋权法对安徽省16个地市2012年的耕地资源安全状况进行定量分析与综合评价.结果表明:12012年安徽省耕地资源安全的总体评价值为0.453,耕地资源安全评价分值偏低,资源安全保障程度不高.区域上,耕地资源安全等级较高的地市主要集中分布在皖东、皖南和皖西;2安徽省耕地资源数量安全分值为0.211,总体上呈现北高南低的格局.北部地区多平原,人均耕地面积和人均粮食占有量大,土地垦殖率高;3安徽省耕地资源质量安全分值为0.150,呈现出北低南高的空间分布格局;4安徽省耕地资源生态安全分值为0.092,空间分布较为复杂.
Based on the implications of cultivated land resources security,a comprehensive evaluation system including three levels as quantity,quality and ecological safety,and totally 28 indicators has been established.The cultivated land resources security situation has been quantitatively analyzed and comprehensively evaluated with Subject and Object Weighting method,which is the combination of AHP and Entropy Law.The results indicate that,at first,the cultivated land resources security of Anhui Province was not high in 2012 with a score of only 0.453.Spatially,the cultivated land resources security is highest in east,south and west Anhui Province.Secondly,the quantity security score of the cultivated land resources security of Anhui Province is 0.211,higher in north Anhui and lower in south Anhui.High per capita arable land,per capita food and land reclamation rate are the main reasons resulting in high quantity security score regions.Thirdly,the quality security score of cultivated land resources security in Anhui Province is0.150,higher in the middle and the lowest in north.Finally,the ecological security score in Anhui Province is 0.092.
