摘要
全面研究常规油田中聚丙烯酰胺含量测定的三种方法(淀粉-碘化镉法、浊度法、紫外分光光度法),并对每种方法进行方法学实验。淀粉-碘化镉法,在0~60 mg/L范围内有良好的线性(r2为0.992 6),平均回收率在97.36%~103.68%,回收率的RSD范围为2.37%~3.38%,重复性实验RSD为4.48%;浊度法,在0~200 mg/L有良好的线性(r★为0.988),平均回收率在95.60~103.68之间,RSD的范围为2.26%~4.50%,重复性实验RSD为4.64%;紫外分光光度法,在0~300 mg/L有良好的线性(r^2为0.995 3),平均回收率在95.25%~104.72%之间,RSD的范围为2.40%~4.22%,重复性实验RSD为2.47%。实验结果表明:三种方法均能实现含聚污水中聚丙烯酰胺含量的准确测定。
Starch-cadmium iodide method,turbidity method and UV spectrophotometry method for the determination of the polyacrylamide in polymer-containing sewage were comprehensively studied,and methodological experiments for each method were carried out.Starch-cadmium had good linearity in the range between 0 mg/L and 60 mg/L.The average recovery rate was between 97.36%and103.68%.RSD of recovery rater was from 2.37%to 3.38%and the RSD of repeatability test was 4.48%.Turbidity method had good linearity in the range between 0 mg/L and 200 mg/L.The average recovery rate was between 95.60%and 103.68%,RSD was from 2.26%to4.50%and RSD of repeatability test was 4.64%.UV spectrophotometry method had good linearity in the range from 0 mg/L to 300 mg/L.The average recovery rate was between 95.25%and 104.72%.RSD was from 2.40%to 4.22%and RSD of repeatability test was 2.47%.The experimental results demonstrate that these three methods have been successfully applied to determine the content of polyacrylamide in the polymer-containing sewage.
