摘要
妇女NGO即妇女非政府组织。在贫困山区的农村,妇女NGO在提升已婚女性家庭地位方面所发挥的最大功效有:帮助已婚女性脱贫致富,提升了其经济地位;干预农村家庭暴力,给予已婚女性暂时的庇护。然而在贫困山区的农村,妇女NGO数量规模较小,活动频率低,组织类型结构单一,社会认知度不高,与网络型发展模式相距甚远。针对此现状,贫困山区的妇女NGO,在创建之初就应加大宣传力度,扩大其社会影响力;明确自身的使命与工作重心,对未来的发展应有合理规划;加强政府与社会支持力度,使妇女NGO稳定发展且逐步走向普及。
Women＇s NGO is Women Nongovernmental Organizations. In poor rural areas women＇s NGO in promoting married women family status has the biggest effect： help married women out of poverty to get rich, promot their economic status, intervent violence in rural family, and give married women temporary shelter. In poor rural mountainous areas, however, women＇s NGO is smaller, its activity rate is low, its the social awareness is not high, far from network development model. In poor rural areas women＇s NGO at the beginning of creation should intensify publicity, expand its influence in the society, make clear its mission and work, make reasonable plannings, strengthen the government and social support, so can make a steady development.
