摘要
实验按1/2比例制作了两榀试件,一榀内填充棉花秸秆-EPS复合砌块混凝土框架墙体,一榀无填充墙的混凝土框架。通过拟静力实验,分析两榀框架的滞回曲线、骨架曲线、抗侧刚度、延性系数和等效粘滞阻尼系数等抗震性能,研究棉花秸秆-EPS复合砌块用作框架结构填充材料的地震破坏特点。实验结果表明,棉花秸秆-EPS复合砌块作为框架结构的填充材料时,砌块与框架协同工作呈剪切型破坏机制,滞回曲线呈现明显"Z"形,耗能能力比较差,但其抗侧刚度、延性系数和等效粘滞阻尼系数均优于纯混凝土框架;实验结束后砌块本身产生裂缝不多,说明棉花秸秆-EPS复合砌块具有较强的承载能力。
The experiment made two test samples according to the proportion of 1/2,one is concrete fram wall filled with cotton stalk EPS composite block,and the other is concrete frame without reiforced wall.Through the pseudo-static test,the anti-seismic performances such as the hysteresis curve,skeleton curve,lateral stiffness,ductility coefficient and the equivalent viscous damping coefficient were analyzed.And the seismic damage characteristics of cotton stalk-EPS composite block was used as the frame structure filling material.The results of the tests indicated that the cotton stalk-EPS composite block was used as the filling materials of the frame structure,the block and frame could work together to make a shear failure mechanism,the hysteresis curve took on Z shape obviously,the heat-cosuming capacity was poor,but the lateral stiffness,ductility coefficient and the equivalent viscous damping coefficient were better than those of the pure concrete frame;few cracks showed that the cotton stalk-EPS composite block had a strong bearing capacity after the end of the test.
