摘要
鸡传染性支气管炎(Infectious bronchitis,IB)是危害养鸡业的主要疫病之一,疫苗质量的提升对于该疫病的防控有着至关重要的意义。目前国内对IB疫苗的生产质量控制主要有鸡胚半数感染量(EID_(50))和动物试验,操作复杂、耗时长、试验受干扰因素多。本研究采用病毒计数仪对IB病毒粒子进行定量检测,同时与EID_(50)检测结果进行对比,本研究方法检测时间只需10min,有耗时短、准确性较高、受干扰因素少的特点,对IB疫苗的生产质量控制提供了较好的方法。
Infectious bronchitis (IB) is one of the major disease in poultry industry, and the quality of the vaccine is very important to prevent and control the disease. At present, quality control of IB vaccine mainly uses egg infectious dose (EID50) and animal experiments .These methods are complex, time-consuming, and subject to interference by many factors. Compared with EID50, method to detect virus particles just needs 10 minutes, which is less time consuming, has higher accuracy, and is less affected by disturbances salient features. We hope to provide better quantitative detecting method for IB vaccine.
