摘要
硕士教育是我国高层次的教育,也是人力资本投资的主要形式。如今,伴随着经济的快速发展,行业间的竞争日趋激烈,对应用型、复合型、高层次的人才需求量日益增大。传统的硕士教育以培养学术型人才为主,因此,如何实现学术型人才和应用型人才培养的均衡发展是当前高校面临的一项重要课题。因而,通过探讨全日制专业会计硕士(MPACC)与金融硕士(MFS)产学耦合培养对策,以期为国家培养更多优秀的复合型金融人才。
Master of education is a high level of our country＇s education, human capital investment is the main form. Today, accompanied hy the rapid development of economy, inter industry competition is becoming increasingly fierce, on the application, composite, high levels of demand for talent is increasing. Traditional master of education in fostering academic talents. Therefore,how to realize the balanced development of academic type and application type talents training is an important subject faced by the universities. Through discussion of full-time Master of professional accounting （the） and master of Finance （MFS） coupling Cultivation Countermeasures, in order for the country training more excellent composite type of financial talent.
